Step 1. Install the battery to aircraft or use the battery to charge the mobile devices via a Battery to Power Bank Adapter, with this way,
to discharge the battery until the battery turns off.
Step 2. Please immerse the battery in brine with a concentration of 5% or so (for example, the mixture of 50 grams of salt and 1 kilogram
of water) for 8 to 12 hours, to make the battery fully discharged. Then the battery can be regarded as safe.
Step 3. After the battery is fully discharged, please dispose of the battery in accordance with the regulation regarding battery recycling
and disposal in your local area.
Notes: If the battery is too swollen to be installed to the aircraft to be discharged, or it just cannot be turned on, please directly
immerse the battery to saltwater with a concentration of 5% or so for 24 to 48 hours to get it fully discharged.
Please must use salt water to immerse the battery. With tap water, the battery cannot be fully discharged and such operation even may
cause a potential safety hazard.
Please scrap or dispose of the battery as per local laws and regulations regarding battery recycling and disposal. We prohibit from using
the swollen battery, DJI will take no responsibility for the accident caused by customers continuing to use the swollen battery.
