Resetting Stonex Receiver WebUI Credentials

Issue:

Stonex WebUI credentials - can’t recall the password.

 

Solution:

Reset the credentials. To do this, see below:

Send the following command to restore to factory settings, the username and password on the WebUI:
SET,USERS.ADMIN.PASS,5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99

you can get connected through "bluetooth" using SurvCE, then go to GPS utilities and send the command
It is best to save the command as a text file(.txt), then when choosing the option send command, choose the option from the file
 rest_pass.txt



otherwise you can pair the receiver to your PC and get connected through "bluetooth", use any serial debug software like Stonex Assistant to send the command. On stonex Assistant click on the icon of the receivers and enter manually the com port, then go to debug window and send the command.
